Description

This 2 inch thick chain lamp, complete with brass knobs, is one of a collection of recycled lamps, ‘of the apocalypse’ that I am in the process of making.

For construction, I use the copper ‘armored cable’ type electrical lighting flex together with the retro style Edison bulbs

The bulbs create a glowing and relaxing ambient light. This  compliments the rugged steel chain and brass accents.

The heavy steel disk brake base is studded with brass domed nuts and is welded directly to the chain via decorative cogs and balls.

I can make these one off lamps, with a switched lamp holder, for ease of use.

All electrical work is Portable Appliance Tested  (PAT tested).
